About the Role
As a Band 7 Senior Nurse Practitioner, you will provide leadership to the theatre scrub team at Barts Health NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to join our theatre leadership team and contribute to the growth of our endovascular service.

With significant theatre scrub experience in endovascular and cardiac surgery, you will lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality nursing care. Your expertise in perioperative nursing will be invaluable in driving improvements in practice and learning, ensuring safe, efficient, timely individualised care is delivered in line with local and national targets.

The successful candidate will have relevant first-degree qualifications and hold NMC/HCPC registration. Experience in delivering teaching and training, managing challenging situations, and participating in quality improvement initiatives is essential. Knowledge of current professional issues in nursing, change management, and service development is also required.

We offer a competitive salary of £83,325 per annum, along with opportunities for further professional development through clinical and leadership courses available through the trust and partner education institutions.
