Role Overview:

A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Theatre Leader to join their team of skilled healthcare professionals at one of their hospitals rated 'Outstanding' by the CQC.

This role offers a highly competitive salary range of £45,000 - £57,000 + benefits. As a Theatre Leader, you will support individual practitioners and teams to deliver high-quality patient care within the theatre environment.

Salary Information:

  • £45,000 - £57,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individual practitioners and teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of theatre services policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a theatre environment as a practitioner or in a leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
