Job Description

Compass Associates are seeking a highly skilled Lead Oncology Pharmacist to join their team at a leading private hospital in Central London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the effective delivery and treatment of medication to patients under their care, while ensuring adherence to governmental and institutional policy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a diverse team of pharmacists and technicians in delivering an outstanding level of service to inpatient and outpatient departments.
  • Providing consistent training to colleagues to create a multi-skilled pharmacy team.
  • Developing and implementing policy and procedure to ensure high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will have a post-graduate diploma/master's in clinical pharmacy, considerable experience in Oncology within a hospital setting, and specialist knowledge within aseptic production.
