Job Title: Change Management Director

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Problem and Change Management services to our customers using an ITIL framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse, review, approve and maintain standard, normal and emergency changes in line with the relevant Change Management framework.
  • Track accepted problems throughout the problem management process to successful closure, ensuring the root cause and any workaround is properly documented and added to the knowledge base.
  • Provide reporting across all aspects of Problem and Change Management.
  • Help identify and provide continuous improvement across all aspects of the Problem and Change Management services.
  • Work with your colleagues, customers and internal teams to ensure adherence to Problem and Change Management policies, processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Capable of using industry standard ITSM and reporting toolsets (ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Excel, PowerBI etc).
