Solos Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly skilled SEND Tribunal Manager to join our team.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to manage and develop our Special Educational Needs (SEND) Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective provision of customer-focused, SEND identification, assessment, and planning services on behalf of the Local Authority, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and codes of practice.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage and develop the SEND Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the identification, assessment, and planning of SEND services.
  3. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and codes of practice.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the effective provision of SEND services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and codes of practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
