Solos Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly skilled SEND Tribunal Manager to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to manage and develop our Special Educational Needs (SEND) Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer-focused, SEND identification, assessment, and planning services on behalf of the Local Authority, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and codes of practice.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and develop the SEND Team to ensure effective delivery of services.
  2. Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SEND legislation and policies.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
