Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our Premier Inn team as a Duty Manager at our Trowbridge hotel. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that every aspect of our hotel experience is welcoming, safe, and brilliant.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to manage a winning partnership between our leadership and housekeeping teams to ensure that every aspect of our hotel experience is of the highest standard. This includes:

  1. Managing Front-of-House Operations: Oversee the smooth running of our front-of-house operations, ensuring that our guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service.
  2. Maintaining High Standards: Work closely with our housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
  3. Driving Team Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive team performance and efficiency, ensuring that we consistently deliver exceptional results.
Requirements & Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, guests, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Experience of managing teams and driving performance is essential.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is necessary to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Flexibility: You'll need to be flexible and able to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
