We are working closely with a school in the Birchwood area of Lincoln, seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to join their team after the Christmas break.
The role involves supporting a Reception/Year 1 learner with additional needs throughout the school day. Key responsibilities include:
- Either qualified as a Teaching Assistant (Level 1, 2 or 3) or have at least three months' experience working with children.
- A minimum 10-year checkable work/education history.
- A genuine passion for education and learning.
- Flexibility and confidence, along with a creative approach to teaching.
- Experience teaching within the UK curriculum.
