About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation System Support Specialist to join our team at Systems adi Group Ltd. As a key member of our 24/7 support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide PLC/HMI/SCADA support in breakdowns, maintenance, installation, and commissioning.
  • Carry out PLC/Electrical (low voltage) fault finding.
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of automation systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
Requirements
  • Experience as an Automation system support engineer with circuit design, PLC programming, and high-level fault finding.
  • Fault-finding on Industrial Networks such as Ethernet, ModBus, Asi, Profibus, Profinet, Cnet, etc.
  • Strong understanding of automation systems, control systems, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
