About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Guide and inspire a team of IAM consultants, fostering growth and innovation within our Scotland practice.
  • Solution Architecture: Deliver tool-agnostic IAM solutions, leveraging your expertise in OKTA, AWS IAM, CyberArk, and other systems.
  • Client Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, utilizing consultancy skills to drive strategic IAM engagements and build client confidence.
  • Oversight and Escalation: Serve as a senior escalation point, utilizing solution architecture expertise to address complex IAM challenges.
What You'll Bring
  • IAM Expertise: Extensive experience in a senior IAM role, adaptable to various platforms and tools.
  • Leadership Potential: A proactive, driven approach to team leadership; previous management experience is a plus but not essential.
  • Architectural Insight: Strong background in solution architecture within IAM.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: Experience in consultancy or client-facing roles preferred, ideally within a Big 4 or similar environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: Up to £95,000 + £5,000 car allowance.
  • Performance Bonus: 10-20% bonus based on individual and team achievements.
  • Growth and Development: Work with Anson McCade, a prestigious consulting firm, with the opportunity to shape IAM strategy for a broad client portfolio.
