Visits Centre Support Worker

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic individual to join our team as a Visits Centre Support Worker. As a key member of our family team, you will provide support to families visiting loved ones in a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice, support, and information to friends and families visiting the prison.
- Work closely with colleagues to manage a demanding workload and ensure a smooth operation of the visits centre.
- Support colleagues in Pacts family work and contribute to the development of effective support services.
- Participate in training events to further develop your skills and knowledge as an effective support worker.
