Employee Compensation Administrator

We are seeking an experienced employee compensation administrator to join our team in Blackburn. This role involves processing payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax and legal regulations, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Process 200+ internal staff payrolls on a monthly and weekly basis
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with tax and legal regulations
  • Conduct payroll reporting, reconciliations, and queries
Requirements

The successful candidate will need to have experience with SAP and a strong understanding of payroll regulations. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with a friendly and supportive work environment.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of up to £26,000 per annum, plus company benefits.
