About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate nurse to join our critical care team at Colchester Hospital. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized clinical care to patients and their families, working closely with the clinical specialist team.
  • Contribute to activities and projects aimed at professional and practice development, staying up-to-date with current health agendas and national guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent patient outcomes and support the comprehensive educational strategy.

Person Specification
  • Registered Nurse Level 1 or 2 or awaiting results.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
