We are seeking a skilled Machine Operative to join our team at Stafforce. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to identify and address any defects or issues with our products.
- Operational Safety: Ensure that all machinery and equipment are used safely and in accordance with our safety protocols.
- Database Management: Accurately record and input data onto our database for traceability purposes.
- Shift Work: Work a 12-hour shift pattern, with 4 days on and 4 days off, to meet the demands of our production schedule.
- Experience in a similar role or industry
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
