Supportive Education Assistant for Specialist School

MLK Education Search is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supportive Education Assistant to join our team at a specialist school in London, Camberwell.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting students with varying levels of ability, particularly those with social, emotional, and mental health needs. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to advance student learning and develop effective partnership working.
The role involves delivering learning activities for individual students or groups, assessing and reporting on their progress, and contributing to a programme of support for students that may take place outside of school. You will also be responsible for managing key areas within the school and supervising other teaching support staff.
