About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Midwife Practitioner to provide high-quality maternity care to our patients. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Midwifery Team Leader to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate maternity care for both high and low-risk mothers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide total midwifery care for mothers under the direction of the Midwifery Team Leader
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate maternity care for both high and low-risk mothers
  • Work collaboratively with the Midwifery Team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest midwifery practices and guidelines
Requirements
  • Registered Midwife currently registered to practice
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as RM
  • Mentorship and assessing or equivalent
  • Ability to practice autonomously in the acute and primary care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
