- Innovation: Develop new ideas and proposals for global implementation.
- Collaboration: Work with third parties/vendors to develop and implement robust processes.
- Talent Development: Support scientists with enhancement of knowledge and skills for ICSR Management activities.
- A degree in life sciences or a medically related field is required.
- Previous experience equating to educational requirements is essential.
- Strong process development and maintenance skills are necessary.
- Ability to map processes and author written standards is crucial.
- Knowledge and experience with pharmacovigilance systems are mandatory.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £72,500, based on industry standards and location.
