We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our Pharmacovigilance team. This individual will be responsible for supporting Pharmacovigilance Operations, focusing on ICSR Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Development: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of written standards for ICSR Management team members.
  • Documentation: Drive high-quality documentation of all processes and procedures to comply with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: Evaluate problems or issues and facilitate investigations into root cause, creating corrective/preventative actions as needed.
  • Escalation: Escalate identified problems or issues to management personnel.
  • Innovation: Develop new ideas and proposals for global implementation.
  • Collaboration: Work with third parties/vendors to develop and implement robust processes.
  • Talent Development: Support scientists with enhancement of knowledge and skills for ICSR Management activities.
Requirements:
  • A degree in life sciences or a medically related field is required.
  • Previous experience equating to educational requirements is essential.
  • Strong process development and maintenance skills are necessary.
  • Ability to map processes and author written standards is crucial.
  • Knowledge and experience with pharmacovigilance systems are mandatory.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £72,500, based on industry standards and location.
