Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Specifications Technologist to join our team at MM Flowers. As a key member of our Technical department, you will be responsible for delivering administrative support and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the Technical department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
    • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Technical Requirements
    • Deliver accurate and timely technical requirements, including product specifications and documentation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product labels and packaging.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure quality assurance processes are in place and adhered to.
    • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide analytical reporting and insights to support business decisions.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Good level of higher learning and/or equivalent work experience.
    • Proven experience in a technical or administrative role, preferably in the food processing or manufacturing industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • High level of IT literacy, with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Food Safety Level 2 and HACCP Level 2 certifications.
    • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
