About Company: Our client is a leading provider of vehicle management solutions in the Yorkshire region, offering a range of products and services to both commercial and domestic markets.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic New and Used Car Salesperson to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, presenting and demonstrating our vehicles, and negotiating pricing and financing options.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
  2. Stay up to date with our dealership's inventory and the latest market trends
  3. Handle administrative tasks associated with the sales process, including paperwork and vehicle registration
  4. Support other departments in busy times
  5. Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in car sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively
  4. Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  5. Good organisational skills and attention to detail
