Pizza Chef Job Description

At Al Duomo, a long-established family-run restaurant in Brighton, we're seeking an experienced Pizza Chef/Chef to join our team. As part of our culinary crew, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of Food Hygiene and cleanliness at all times.

Job Requirements:
  • Experience in making pizzas with authentic Italian ingredients.
  • Able to work on a section within the kitchen, ensuring daily records are maintained.
  • Familiarity with working set shifts to maintain a good work-life balance.

We offer competitive compensation up to £36,400 per year, including a Loyalty Bonus of £1,000 after 6 months of service, a share of service charge, free meals on shift, and discounted food and drinks when dining with friends and family.
