About Hartford Care

Hartford Care is seeking a Day Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized care and support to residents during the day time.

Your responsibilities will include supervising and leading your colleagues, ensuring that each resident receives the best possible care, and contributing to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our care home.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and delegate tasks effectively, and have strong organizational abilities.

You should also have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care, a completed L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care, and a compassionate and caring nature.

Additionally, you will require excellent communication skills, the ability to use IT systems, and a flexible approach to working hours.

Requirements
