We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our dynamic sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our executive management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and mentoring a high-performing team of Business Development Managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Mentor and coach a team of Business Development Managers to achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the truck/HGV sector
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Competitive salary of £80,000
- Hybrid working arrangement (2 days from home, 3 days in the office)
