Head of Sales Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our dynamic sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our executive management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and mentoring a high-performing team of Business Development Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Mentor and coach a team of Business Development Managers to achieve sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the truck/HGV sector
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
