Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality support to teachers and students in the classroom
- Assist with the development and implementation of behaviour management strategies
- Work with students to develop their social skills and emotional intelligence
- Support the delivery of lessons and activities, including online and remote teaching
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment
- GCSE English and Maths Grade C or above or equivalent qualification
- Experience of working with children in a school setting, preferably in a special school or with social, emotional and mental health related difficulties
- Good behaviour management skills and the ability to remain positive with challenging behaviour
