About the Role

This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced SEND Teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality education and support to students with complex learning needs.

Responsibilities:
  1. To plan, deliver, and assess lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with complex learning requirements.
  2. To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement IEPs that meet the unique needs of each student.
  3. To monitor student progress, identify areas of strength and weakness, and inform instruction to ensure data-driven decision-making.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting the educational and pastoral needs of students with complex disabilities.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
