About the Role
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Conducting thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care
