**Responsibilities**:

- Qualified social worker to join the team undertaking a mix of work from SDS assessments and personal budget work
- Working with the duty system
- Ideally you will be qualified as a Council Officer to undertake ASP investigatory work
- Social Workers are expected to manage duty slots as well as a varied caseload.
- Hybrid working is available
- You will have regular support from a dedicated Senior Practitioner who will support and oversee their caseload etc.
- Ideally you will be skilled in a number of areas from generic older people work to mental health and substance use through to physical disability and face paced hospital discharge work at times, although we do have a separate team who manage the majority of discharges
- MOSAIC training will be provided on induction
