Job Type: Contract

Pay Rate: £36 per hour

Job Description: We are recruiting for an experienced Adult Social Worker to join our DoLS team in South London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting Best Interest Assessments and working with individuals who require support under the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct Best Interest Assessments for individuals who require support under the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards

* Work closely with healthcare professionals, families, and individuals to ensure the best possible outcomes

* Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of individuals

* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

* Qualified Social Worker with experience in DoLS and BIA

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Knowledge of the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards and Best Interest Assessment process
