We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Paediatric Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Paediatric care and be committed to delivering high-quality patient-centred care.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will act as a role model for junior team members, deputising for the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse and supporting the leadership and management of the department. They will work closely with the team to ensure safe working practices and high standards of clinical care.

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the professional development of staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. They will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with the Trust's vision and values.

  • Paediatric Registered Nurse with current NMC Pin
  • ENB 998 or equivalent mentorship course
  • Specialist A&E Course or working towards it
  • PiLs
  • Evidence of continued professional development
