Role Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to fill the role of Junior Financial Adviser at our esteemed financial advisory and mortgage brokerage.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the continued success of our business by delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide personalized advice
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving outstanding results

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Fully CeMAP and Level 4 Diploma qualifications or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of sales success and achievement of targets

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £48,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus a percentage of your generated income. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including comprehensive training and ongoing support, allowing you to grow and develop your skills within our organization.
