We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Accountant to join our team at Hays PLC. As a Fund Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering a first-class professional service to our clients, both internal and external.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting services, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Lead year-end and audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with jurisdictions accounting teams to deliver exceptional client service.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A qualified accounting background (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with strong IFRS knowledge and technical accounting skills.
- Experience in real estate funds or asset management environments.
- A comprehensive understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS, with the ability to prepare statutory financial statements and liaise with auditors.
