The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to coordinate and support across various functions, particularly where shared spaces are involved.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the single point of contact for the hub and responding to or signposting hub-specific actions/queries/requests.
  • Coordinating building and vehicle audits with the Regulatory Assurance Team.
  • Providing coordination and support across functions, particularly where shared spaces are involved.
  • Disseminating local information to relevant parties and posting notices as requested.
  • Coordinating fleet readiness and minor defect reporting with the Fleet Officer.
  • Assisting in building positive working relationships between all hub functions.
