At Sja's West, we are seeking an individual to fill the role of Ambulance Hub Coordinator. This position is pivotal in providing ground level support to our team members working and deploying from the district hubs.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to coordinate and support across various functions, particularly where shared spaces are involved.
- Responsibilities:
- Acting as the single point of contact for the hub and responding to or signposting hub-specific actions/queries/requests.
- Coordinating building and vehicle audits with the Regulatory Assurance Team.
- Providing coordination and support across functions, particularly where shared spaces are involved.
- Disseminating local information to relevant parties and posting notices as requested.
- Coordinating fleet readiness and minor defect reporting with the Fleet Officer.
- Assisting in building positive working relationships between all hub functions.
