  • Creating community organizations and events that meet the needs and enhance the daily lives of residents.
  • Promoting arts and culture development within the community.
Your Key Skills
  • Able to work independently and as a lone worker.
  • Experience in supporting or volunteering in voluntary and community initiatives.
  • Skilled in managing consultations, projects, and events.
  • Strong understanding of how to work effectively with community groups and individuals.
  • A full driving license and access to a car with adequate insurance.
Our Benefits Package
  • Basic salary of £45,000 - £50,500 pa, depending on hours worked.
  • 24 days annual leave per annum, rising to 29 days after five years.
  • Flexible working and annualized hours.
