Role Purpose:
The Compliance Officer will make sure that we comply with internal and external regulations.
Their duties include working with management and staff to identify regulatory risks and
designing internal controls to ensure compliance within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
The compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that healthcare entities meet laws,
regulations, guidelines, and best practices that govern the healthcare industry. To create
systems and policies to monitor compliance with local regulatory requirements, such as, and
regulatory standards.They also safeguard patient information and the legal functioning of the
organisation. We also promote brand identity.
Duties: The Compliance Officer duties include
- Performing routine risk assessments to help the workplace to understand
compliance risk, scope and significance
- Monitoring the companies compliance with regulations and internal policies to
ensure we are up to date with the relevant laws
- Educating employees on compliance regulations and the impact of non-compliance
on the organisation
- Audit their findings properly and following up with management to ensure the issues
are rectified
- Assisting in the gathering of information internally in response to requests by
regulatory organisations
- Performing administrative tasks such as file creation and maintaining files of
ongoing projects
- Support management within our network of franchisees
Role Specification: The Compliance Officer must have the following skills,

recognition, and safeguarding procedures
- To be able to coach and develop individuals to achieve their potential
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
