Risk Manager Job Description

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a skilled Risk Manager to join their team. As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the project risk management program across the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage/Lead the project risk management program across the project.
  • Drive focus on actively managing risks.
  • Mentor, train, and advise project leaders in risk awareness.
  • Deliver training in project risk management.
  • Facilitate context-focused workshops monthly.
  • Deliver to the Project Execution Plan and develop specific project risk management procedures.
  • Report top risks and quantitative analysis to key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the project risk management program at project leadership meetings.
Requirements:
  • Experience in qualitative risk management.
  • Ability to establish quantitative risk management (QSRA QCRA).
  • Experience facilitating risk workshops, risk reviews/sessions.
  • Professional experience in engineering and construction with direct responsibility for management.
  • Established rail and transportation experience.
  • Experience working in the rail sector preferably.
  • Knowledge of international risk standards (e.g., ISO31000, PMI, etc.), and risk management tools (e.g., ARM, At-Risk, etc.).
  • Experience with the holistic approach of risk management at portfolio and/or program level.
  • Experience managing multi-discipline teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (English language) at multiple levels of management and client relations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
