Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an Experienced Learning Manager to join a large, well-established academy in Barnsley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to cover a maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the learning and development programs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Learning Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
