Senior Engineer - Automation

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team at Actemium Automation Nottingham. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our project lifecycle, assisting the business in creating new tenders, direct sourcing, and working collaboratively with Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onsite commissioning and testing of control systems while adhering to site regulations
  • Provide technical supervision of system design, build, and installation personnel
  • Risk assessment: Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies
  • Design and testing of control systems in accordance with agreed specifications, applicable standards, and legislative requirements
Requirements:
  • Engineering background: degree in Electrical or related field
  • Strong understanding of technical project lifecycle
  • Good appreciation of industrial software control systems
