Role Description

Senior FS Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior FS Engineer to join our dynamic team at Actemium Automation Nottingham. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our project lifecycle, collaborating closely with customers and internal design/management teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead liaison with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee onsite commissioning and testing of control systems, adhering to site regulations.
  • Provide technical supervision of system design, build, and installation personnel, assessing potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Design and test control systems according to agreed specifications, applicable standards, and legislative requirements.
Requirements
  • Engineering background in Electrical or related field.
  • High-level ability to understand and produce control system design documents.
  • Strong understanding of technical project life cycles.
  • Excellent time management skills and a structured approach to work.
  • Good appreciation of industrial software controls systems.
