Heavy Vehicle Service and Repair Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Heavy Vehicle Service and Repair Specialist to join our team in Chesterfield. As an experienced technician, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, repairs and modification work on the fleet of vehicles and trailers.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical work to the highest standards in line with strict health and safety requirements.
- Carry out maintenance, repairs and modification work on the fleet of vehicles and trailers.
- Provide technical support from fault analysis through to pre-MOT prep and full vehicle overhauls.
Requirements
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of HGV's and trailers.
- Hold an HGV licence Class 1 (desirable but not essential).
- Be a fully skilled technician with industry recognised qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level Three) in heavy vehicle service, maintenance and repair.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, holiday entitlement that raises by a day per year for every two years of service, sick pay scheme, death in service cover, health & dental cover, and on-site parking.
Key Details
- Estimated salary: £24ph - £49,920 basic.
- Overtime paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
- OTE: £60,000.
