A Leading Role in Finance with Strathberry
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Strathberry. With the company continuing to grow at an incredible rate, this is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take on new challenges and contribute to the company's success.
About the Role:
- A key member of the Finance team, involved in all aspects of finance for the business.
- Reporting into the Head of Finance, responsible for day-to-day financial management and control.
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to support commercial decisions and strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and analysing monthly management accounts reporting packs, including P&Ls, balance sheets, sales and cost analysis, and commentary.
- Full ownership of trial balances, ensuring journals, accruals, and prepayments are posted accurately and reviewed against budgets/forecasts on a monthly basis.
- Managing cash flows, tracking actual cash flow movements against forecasts and highlighting issues in a timely manner.
- Implementing and managing annual budgets.
- Preparation of statutory accounts, including liaison with external accountants.
- Supporting operational teams with relevant analysis and KPI reporting to ensure trading is optimized.
- Preparing and submitting statutory filings, including quarterly VAT, and working with third-party tax consultants to ensure international VAT obligations are met.
- Line managing and mentoring finance team members.
About You:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ICAS) with 3-5 years PQE.
- Experience within a similar role.
- Experience managing a small finance team with a positive and flexible management style.
- Accurate and meticulous eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to consider the bigger picture.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000 per annum.
