Electronic Arts is seeking a highly skilled Media Intelligence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our growth planning and franchise teams, you will be responsible for managing a team of media analysts and providing expert guidance on media measurement and insights.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement media measurement strategies to drive business growth and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Lead a team of media analysts in translating media planning objectives into measurable and optimizable KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop insights from performance metrics, brand-lift analyses, and campaign performance reports.
- Advise on web-tagging and offline conversion tracking needs for measurement and provide close oversight on initiatives related to our largest franchises.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in media measurement and insights.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 2+ years of experience managing a team with direct reports.
- Past experience at an agency or performance marketing brand is a plus.
- Fluency in MS Excel and the ability to manipulate pivot tables.
- Experience in creating PowerPoint or Google Slide presentations.
- Ability to create and be accountable for project timelines.
