We are seeking a highly motivated Child Development Associate to join our team in Sandwell. This role will involve working with children and families to provide support and guidance. The successful candidate will have experience working with vulnerable groups, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
  • Experience of direct work with children
  • Basic knowledge of child development

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and families, be able to remain focused despite oppositional challenges, and have a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable groups.
