Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Chief Executive and their team of Executive Directors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, coordinating meetings and events, and providing exceptional customer service to our tenants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive and Executive Directors, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Manage the office calendar, coordinate meetings and events, and ensure timely follow-up with attendees
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and other materials as required
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the office

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
