About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Advisor to join our team at ManpowerGroup. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on contract and commercial law, drafting and reviewing contracts, and supporting the business in commercial negotiations. Your Responsibilities
As a Contract Advisor, you will be responsible for servicing all business unit requirements relating to general commercial and contractual matters. This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and transactions, as well as supporting the business in commercial negotiations. You will also be expected to provide expert advice on contract and commercial law, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and developing strategies to mitigate these. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing low-level litigation matters, including responding to basic county court claims.

About You
We are looking for a skilled Contract Advisor with a sound understanding of contract and commercial law best practice. A minimum of 3 years in-house experience as a contract advisor is essential, along with a Law Degree or equivalent. If you have an understanding of the Conduct of Employment Businesses and Employment Agencies Regulations 2003, this would be a bonus. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
