About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Contract and Commercial Specialist to join our team at Capita plc.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in contracts and commercial operations. As a Contract and Commercial Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting our commercial line management with various activities related to major clients in the telecommunications sector.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying, managing, and reporting on key commercial / legal risks.
  • Review and interpret existing contract rights and obligations.
  • Support change management of contracts and produce contract variations.
  • Contribute to regular contract reporting and record commercial / negotiation meeting minutes.
  • Owning and performing ongoing admin of contracts, including providing required support to your commercial line management.

About You

We are looking for someone with excellent computer literacy skills, a keen aptitude for contracting, and the ability to read and assess legal documents. This is an entry-level position, and we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with us.
