Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contract Specialist to join our team at Experis LTD.

This is a key role that will involve servicing all business unit requirements primarily relating to general commercial and contractual matters. You will be drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and transactions, as well as assisting the business in commercial negotiations.

You will also be advising and supporting the business on ad hoc queries relating to the recruitment sector, and assisting the legal department in keeping abreast of developments and relevant legislation on commercial issues affecting the full spectrum of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing all business unit requirements primarily relating to general commercial and contractual matters.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and transactions.
  • Advising and supporting the business on ad hoc queries relating to the recruitment sector.
  • Assisting the legal department in keeping abreast of developments and relevant legislation on commercial issues affecting the full spectrum of the business.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of all aspects of contract and commercial law best practice, and will be able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
