As a Master Technician at our client's site in Loughborough, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are maintained and repaired to the highest standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and expertise as a Diagnostic Master Technician, working with a leading automotive business.

You will be responsible for inspecting customers' vehicles, conducting diagnostic routines, and providing expert advice and recommendations to customers. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and deliver outstanding results.

The estimated salary for this role is £36,500 - £38,500 Per Annum + Yearly bonus (£41,500 - £44,500 OTE). We offer a range of benefits including Canteen, Company pension, Cycle to work scheme, Employee discount, Enhanced maternity/paternity leave, Store discounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine inspections of customers' vehicles to identify any potential issues.
• Conduct diagnostic routines to diagnose complex vehicle issues.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Work closely with the service team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality repair standards.
