**Job Title:** Service Delivery Lead

 

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Lead to join our team and play a key role in the setup and management of our new 7-bed learning disability and autism service on the Fylde coast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality care that empowers individuals to reach their goals.

 

The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the CQC Framework and be willing to register with CQC for registration. They will also participate in the on-call rota, including weekends and bank holidays.

 

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care that is responsive to the needs of individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Lead a team of carers and support staff to provide person-centred care that promotes independence and empowerment.
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Participate in the on-call rota, providing support and guidance to staff outside of regular working hours.

 

**Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, healthcare).
  • Proven experience in managing teams and services, particularly in the care sector.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Working knowledge of the CQC Framework and regulatory requirements.
