Job Overview

Barclay Simpson is a specialist long income private debt investor seeking an AD level credit risk analyst with expertise in CMBS to join their team.

The successful candidate will lead on providing ratings for structured real estate transactions and collaborate with the origination team on pricing & structuring.

This role requires strong knowledge of CMBS, with ideal candidates also able to perform corporate analysis. Experience with rating agency methodology is essential and non-negotiable.

A thorough understanding of structures and documentation related to warehouse-owned CMBS is required.

Candidates from a wider securitisation background may be considered, but preference is given to those with real estate experience primarily.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • $80,000 per annum (estimated)
