Job DescriptionThis is a key role within our debt origination team, responsible for providing analytical support in underwriting, evaluating, and structuring real estate debt solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior partners to deploy commercial real estate loans across Europe.
Responsibilities:- Provide analysis and support across the lifecycle of transactions, from origination to transaction execution
- Conduct industry and sector market research, preparing initial memos for preliminary assessment and investment committee memos ahead of final approval prior to funding
- Present financing opportunities to deal teams and investment committees
- Work closely with leadership to execute the European real estate lending strategy and pipeline for the European markets
To succeed in this role, you will need strong academic credentials, 1-4 years of real estate debt or real estate equity experience, excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Excel. A strong track record, gained within a real estate debt fund, investment bank, real estate private equity shop, or consultancy with a European footprint, is essential.
