We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Penderels Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and support to a young adult with Autism and Learning Difficulties.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in supporting individuals with disabilities and will be able to work on their own initiative. They will be required to assist with daily living tasks, such as toileting, showering, and getting dressed, as well as supporting the individual to attend appointments and participate in leisure activities.
The successful candidate will be a calm and patient individual who is able to provide non-judgmental emotional support. They will be required to maintain confidentiality and respect the individual's privacy at all times.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and able to work as part of a team. The successful candidate will be required to have a DBS check and will be expected to adhere to the trust's policies and procedures.
Requirements

- Have good listening skills and be able to provide non-judgmental emotional support

Transport Requirements
The successful candidate will be required to have a car and business insurance.
